Woolgoolga Lakeside Holiday Park

Best location in Woolgoolga if you want to be close enough to walk into town for a coffee etc but far enough away that you feel relaxed and not in the hustle. Absolutely beautiful area, so close to the beach and lake! The surf villa we stayed in wasn’t as clean as I would have liked but very friendly and accomodating check in, great facilities in the villa and park. Will stay there again!

We were a family of 3 adults . The pre-book in form does not have an option to describe that. The booking was for three but only one double bed was made up. One bunk bed wasn’t made and we hit our heads trying to make it. Bunk bed is too narrow /uncomfortable for an adult person. A pathway directly in front of our balcony allowed people, children and pets from next door cabin to constantly walk back and forth, and look in our cabin, even though there’s plenty of room to walk elsewhere. One child even got mixed up and opened the door to our cabin!! Needs to be blocked off to provide more privacy for paying guests . Not much room to walk at end of double bed to access bathroom. TV remote has two modes for TV or computer monitor . Instructions would be helpful as volume and channel functions weren’t working and we had to call maintenance guy. Many dogs barking at each other. Next morning, a woman was smoking on cabin balcony nearest the reception /carpark when we were leaving . The smoke caused me to cough as I walked past to get to the car. Very unpleasant .
