Very modern and CLEAN!!!!

Very nice rooms and area. Everything good except hidden parking cost charged with no warning. Part problem with Travelocity, prepaid but the do not itemize the receipt. However the staff charged parking again with no warning or info prior. For a higher rate then offered through Travelocity. Called to question and was dismissed and told it would be looked into.

Very impressed with the king suite we stayed in! Roomy, clean, quiet and the bed/pillows oh so comfortable. Fabulous continental breakfast in a spacious sunny room. Steps from Wells Fargo where our event was. Downfalls, would like to have a restaurant closer, even attached to the hotel would be excellent. We struggled to find food before and after the concert. Also, we received an extra charge for $21 that I’m not clear on the reason. We didn’t do anything extra, unless that’s a charge for parking?

Breakfast was great, bar and the staff at the bar was great, front desk staff was wonderful, location is amazing and very walkable to many locations throughout the city. Right on the river walk!

We came on a fully booked/sold out weekend, it was definitely busy and seemed like they needed a few more staff, but everything still was kept clean and quiet.

I had a pleasant stay with them. It was very easy to walk to the Wells Fargo Arena. I felt safe there considering I was solo.

Room was huge and very nice. Bed was okay, pillows were blah, I need to start bringing my own, room was very clean, we asked for a room on the top floor away from the elevator and was put on the 2nd floor by the elevator, walls were very thin and you could hear doors shutting all night, people laughing and talking outside the room because we were by the elevator, kids running above us, but all and all it was a good stay. I would stay here again, but bring my own pillow and make sure I call in and make my request known about the location of the room I prefer.
