Great stay and super kind staff. Check in was easy and the staff person was amazing. Can’t remember her name but she had a cool tattoo on her hand. Truly kind and helpful.

Very close, convenient to event center. You can park and walk. There is however a fee for parking. Only downside was noise. We attended during a dance competition weekend. You could easily hear through the walls and kids running talking in the hallways.

"The best night of our trip across Iowa was at your hotel!"

The location was excellent. Right in the heart of downtown, but easy in and out of the parking lot and easy to get around in your beautiful downtown. It was a nice surprise that you had covered parking spaces. The staff was excellent overall, but Alyssa was exceptional. She was at the front desk when we arrived and she made sure everything was perfect for our stay. She's a gem, and I'm sure is a valued employee.

I have no negative comments.

Enjoyed the staff, the breakfast, and the bar. Was very relaxing. Bartender was very nice and prompt. Great personality

No food served except breakfast.
