From the moment we arrived until check-out, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, modern, and perfectly equipped for a sports team. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the washing machine was a huge advantage during our tournament stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was excellent, with supermarkets, restaurants, and the metro nearby, while the competition venue was easy to reach. We have stayed in many hotels around the world, and Somerset IOC Hangzhou ranks among the very best. We would return without hesitation.

Honestly, nothing. Our stay was outstanding from start to finish.

Everything about the place. Clean, nice and friendly people

The drop off by taxis that you have to climb a small wall after they drop you by the roadside. Why cant cars go in?

Very spacious, new and clean. Staff are courteous and helpful.

The lifts are also utilised by operational staff. It gets busy and full in the morning when the staff needs to use the lifts eith their cleaning trolleys.
