Que nos hayan coordinado el desayuno antes para poder regresar temprano a Pereira . No aplicaron recargo al pagar con tarjeta de crédito

Los horarios para la cena son hasta las 6pm. Nos tocó en una cabaña planta baja y la gente que estaba alojada arriba molestaron hasta horario pasado el permitido. Las habitaciones muy poco iluminadas. Falta de mantenimiento de las instalaciones, no funcionaba el agua caliente y vinieron dos chicos del personal a intentar arreglarlo ( y el agua logro salir tibia). No se justifica el precio por lo que es.

The location is the main draw for this stay. Being right next to the Valle del Cocora was amazing.

No food service between 6pm and 8am so there is no way to get a hot tea or coffee in the evening or early morning. They also do not provide a coffee maker or kettle for the cabin, just a fridge. The cabin is not insulated at all, so it gets very cold in the evenings and the walls are not soundproof you can hear everything from the other two rooms. We had a large group that was very loud and had a fire that was right next to our bed which was annoying. The hot water was hit or miss and the water pressure was not great.

To be in the middle of this valley is amazing. Is so beautiful!!!! It is very cozy and nice views.

It is a region very cold and there was no heater; we have been very cold. Even we slept good because they offer a lot of blankets. There was no dryier for the hair, so we were cold and wet…

Location

Hot coffee not available promptly, frequent failure of getting hot water for bathing. Staff needs more training on service.

Nothing to dislike

It’s close to the entrance to the Cocora park and you have a beautiful view of the mountains

The building construction is such the you can hear the voices and movements of the guest on the second floor, and if they are noisy, it’s annoying

The staff was very nice and friendly

Everything else. The cabin has 2 apartments, and you can hear everything from the other apartment. The cabin is so cold, the restaurant is closed at 6pm, so you have to go back to Salento to have a dinner. THERE IS NO WIFI!!!! The cherry on the top: they call me one month later to let me know they forgot to charge me for the stay. I thought Booking.com charged me at the time of the reservation. I do not live in Colombia, so I had to transfer money to a family member of the manager of the hotel because they can’t take a payment via PayPal or credit card, other than make a deposit to a bank account in Colombia.
