everything, Its dirty. I'll pay for 3 night but only sleep once, 2 other night I need to find another hotel. Dirty toilet, bath room doesn't have door or lock, only have the curtant. Strongly say nooooo if you dont want your trip become a nightmare If you are can sleep on the street, maybe this one fine to book for you,

It's a nice centric place. It's usually kept very clean. It's a really good thing that they give you your own basket for your food. Each room has it's own refrigerator which it's super convinient that your food bag it's not in a cramped common refrigerator. Very few places have those and it's main selling point in my opinion

The showers can have some improvements. The hot water was working excellent. But I really miss having more hangers inside the showers room... I don't like to just run around buck naked at the hostel with just a towel because I don't want my clean clothes to get wet. Really would need at least 3 hangers per shower. Also I would add an extension chord to each bed so everybody can have their own plug. The check-in can be a little bit of a mess at the beginning, a code for the main gate to just leave your stuff while you wait would be nice.

The location is spot on and very central. However, on the weekend the music from the local clubs comes into the room, obviously the hostel can do nothing about this but it would be good to know beforehand.

The smell when you walk into the property is foul, as there is shoe rack either side of the front door.. meaning you literally cannot get away from it. The showers are cramped and broken, one of the mens showers isn't fixed to the wall and the other sprays water everywhere due to a loose fitting. Also it's only a curtain between you and the rest of the house (no where to get changed or even hang a towel). The floor was filthy in the bathroom. In the bedroom (we booked private) the bed was missing a screw and the curtains had holes where moths had been eating it. Our ground floor window was being held closed by an elastic band! Now it's winter, expect to be frozen during the night as there is no insulation. For the price you can get so much better and cleaner than this. There is no reception but you can message the point of contact to try to get matters resolved. We asked to cancel after one day (we had a non-refundable booking so fair enough, they could not cancel). The coordinator, Roxanne, did send a maintenance man on day 2. He looked at the window and said "I cannot fix that". He looked at the bed "I will check my car for the screw but I don't think I have it" (he didn't). "I will come back later to replace the curtains" (he didn't). We were there for 6 more days and never saw him again. We would not recommend this place.
