Distance and price

The smell in the building, It smelt like an ash tray, I have allergies and it impacted if greatly The bed was not comfortable at all. The shower did not work as expected.

The room and bathroom were both clean and nice.

The only two gripes I had were not a major problem. 1 - The check in on the web could be a bit easier for us 73+year olds. 2 - Tea & coffee making in the room would have been nice.
