The Hatton Rooms

Quite literally, the only remote positive was the location, being right next to Heathrow Airport.

The room was tiny, the bed was far too soft (the mattress could easily have been 10 years old), the carpet was worn, the shared bathroom was in a terrible state, and the stairway up to the rooms is so narrow that I could barely take my luggage up the stairs. The worst thing of all, however, was the check-in process: a holding deposit of £50 is charged (not that there's even £50 of stuff to damage in the property!), ID is required to be submitted via weblink, and the lack of assistance in doing all this is apparent. Put simply, unless you're desperately in need of getting to Heathrow at an unruly hour of the day, I would say you should never stay in this place.

Very complicated to contact them if you need them In a 5 bedroom house there’s only one dirty toilet sepearate And one in another dirty bathroom There’s nothing , not even kettle , no iron , no TV, no cups nothing The place nothing surrounding, no shops nothing it’s a nowhere If it’s dark it’s better to stay inside Avoid this place as much as you can I kept complaining about the noise made by others but the staff don’t care and they only answer when they like

Shower only ran hot - too hot to shower Walls and rooms were filthy Check-in process was horrendous. First time I have ever had to call multiple times to finalize the booking, provide more and more documents (that you cannot submit via booking.com, so no security offered over who you are sending ID documents to) and finally obtain check-in information (30min before arrival).

It was clean.

Only 1 bed sheet no blankets. No coathangers. And i don't think the heater was working.

The Hatton Rooms is close to the Airport and has free parking.

The service was really awful. We travelled with our 5 months old daughter, and we needed hot water to make food for the baby. Phoned the attendants for help as there was not even kettle in the room and no common kitchen, but they couldn’t help. You cannot even make a cup of tea in the house. Bed: The single bed in the room was very uncomfortable. I woke up with aches all over my body. Deposit: They don’t let you know there is a deposit fee, I only discovered when we were about to check in.
