I was not gave the right address

Good location, clean.

All was super.

Easy to find, clean and quiet.

It was all good.

Very close to Heathrow airport could of done with a kettle in the room and a tv you only get what you pay for I suppose it did the job

I liked nothing about this property. The owner is so so unfriendly and made life very uncomfortable for me and my family. We payed through booking.com but had to do through further interrogation from the host who left my family of five in the rain while these interrogations lasted. We were made to pay additional 50pounds that was not mentioned in the initial booking with booking.com. We went through hell in the rain before she finally gave us the entry codes and passwords. After that, while we tried to pay the illegal 50pounds, she cut off the wifi and made it difficult for us to communicate or make calls. This is the most harrowing experience I have ever had. Two of my kids fell sick afterwards.

The location is obscure, no stores around. The rooms are small and hallow, the is no drinkable water, no water boiler and no microwave. If you arrive at night you are condemned to ur fate because you cannot find any stores closeby and will find life so unbearable

1) It was not a hotel. So, I could not find the hotel staff to enter the room. The appearance of the apartment photo should be indicated. 2) There is no correct address in booking.com. When I ask the hotel's next peoples, they did not know the hatton room. 3) UK could not use yahoo address. So, I could receive the mail address from the staff. I need to call her. If my cell phone cannot be used, I could not enter into the hotel. 4) The room key was found with other peoples who stay the hotel. 5) There is no cup and pot.
