North Entrance Beach House

Very good house overall, with a great floor plan, good size, and a convenient location.

The property was very dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned regularly. There were insects and spider webs throughout many of the rooms, which made the house feel poorly maintained.

Terrible. it was filthy dirty there was so many crawling insects and house needs some serious attention , grass was so long bins were overflown and rubbish and maggots were everywhere , left over used tissues in the rooms , no outdoor lights no wifi no air conditioning , when I arrived the house was unlocked and front door was already open no proper cleaning supplies floors were dirty on arrival

The house is infested with just Roaches and spiders...the pool.was dirty...rubbish was left outside outside house from prev people...magnets all over the bins...fans dont work...fly screens broken could not open windows..sinks clogged ...the grass was over grown...house was not clean when we arrived..worst experience I will be taking this further in order to get a refund

Location and bedrooms were great. Swim spa was a hit with the family too.

Lawn was not maintained. They arrived at the end of our stay to mow the lawns. Bins were left across the front yard

Unfortunately, our stay at 4 Manly Parade, The Entrance was very disappointing. We experienced a delay in picking up the keys, and when we tried to contact the agent for assistance, they did not pick up the phone, which was extremely frustrating. Once inside, several maintenance and cleanliness issues became apparent. There were no locks on the toilets, the sink drained very slowly, and the shower pressure was very weak. One of the kitchen drawers was broken, and the oven was not working, which made cooking impossible. The vacuum cleaner turns on but does not actually suck, and the blinds are broken. The rubbish bin was already full when we arrived, which was unhygienic. The sleeping arrangements were also poor — there were stains on the mattresses, they were uncomfortable, and one of the beds was broken. Most disappointing was the spa/pool, which was very dirty and did not heat up at all, despite being advertised as an amenity. Overall, the property is in need of significant maintenance, better cleaning standards, and improved communication. We would not recommend staying here unless these issues are properly addressed.

Location and spacious for a large family.

No internet and no aircon upstairs. No fans in 2x bunk bed rooms which made it extremely uncomfortable.
