The swimming pool, the breakfast and the staff

The room, a lot of mosquitos, spiders and else , there were stains on the cealing of the bathroom and walls of the room, the bed sheets weren't clean neither

Very friendly staff.

Mold and wet smell was really strong. When AC was on the smell got even stronger. So strong that when I woke up in the middle of the night I couldn’t fall back to sleep, had to stay under the covers to block the smell. Loud animals at night.

Location is good in centre, both east and west penida island is 30-40 mins each side

Can give more soap/shampoo for guest

Very nice staff, will help you with everything! Also comfortable rooms located centrally on the island.

Water pressure is low sometimes, but only temporary.

The room is okay.

For the price, it is not worth it. Pictures show another reality. We went there because of the location but you can find something cheaper and with better facilities than here.

Very nice and helpful staff. Easy communication via WhatsApp and they have a very cute dog :) Room was clean and quite big

The property was really good and staff was really good and caring

Need to improve pest control to avoid spiders and lizards inside the rooms
