Lovely location at the top of the valley in the middle of Nusa Penida that gives central access to explore all beaches. The accommodation is tucked in a lush green tranquil garden, with all bungalows facing the opposite hill. Pretty and soothing.

Under-staffed, with one lady worker to do everything, but rarely be there, though she left a phone number if we ever needed anything, but this isn't self service accommodation, so sometimes it was a bit inconvenient. Oddly, no toilet rolls (we had to supply ourselves), no coffee and tea although there is a kettle, no rubbish bin. Shower pressure was extremely poor. Overall.. despite the potential and beautiful location of it, it aldo lacks a lot of things.

Pool is good .....but bathroom no hot water...

the payment will be done by booking.com But hotel management say did not reach...before payment please check your payment method Then....my sister age under 17.....booking.com....put under 17 age no pay for extra bed.....but management charge me......it's we don't like

Very Good staff

The hot water is only for the 1st 30 seconds and after that there is no hot water. There were power outaages in the middle of the night with no prior information while the surrounding homes had power.
