Location, nice view. Friendly staff. like that it had walking restaurants close by.

Food was ok. Toilet water pressure was too low.

The location is perfect—right across from Camarones Beach and just a short walk to the Malecon and downtown attractions. Beautiful ocean views, clean modern rooms with balconies, and a delicious included breakfast made our trip extra special. The rooftop pool and friendly staff were definite highlights. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta!

Love this property second time we have stayed. Sadly only 1 night this time as it was full and we could not get the bookings we required. This shows it’s a great place

The only thing they could change out to make it better is the hair dryers in rooms lol

The location was great. Walking distance to the Malecon and a lot of good restaurants. The beach across the street was clean and it was like watching a movie from our balcony. The towels, chairs and beach umbrella were picked up at the front desk. All the staff were great from the breakfast staff to the rooftop snack bar. We didn't really use the kitchen facilities, but they were clean and included a set of dishes. The breakfasts were delicious and all cooked to order. Appreciated the hours for breakfast being 8-10:30 for late sleepers. Some folks have mentioned disposing of toilet paper as being a problem, but it really is not a problem. Daily maid service kept our room spic and span.

I'm really reaching here for something to complain about. The sliding door to the balcony doesn't have a knob or handle so you have to push it open awkwardly by slipping your fingers between the two sections of the door.
