Great location across from the beach and very walkable to local restaurants and to the Malecon. Very clean. Lovely hot breakfast to order. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

The location in the city is nice (easy walk to malecon) but keep in mind when booking that there’s a street between the hotel and the beach. My ocean view was looking at power lines.

The food was overpriced for the quality. For the price of the room, in comparison to all the options to stay in puerto Vallarta I was hoping this would be a hidden gem, but it was just average and expensive.

Front desk personnel were very nice, spoke excellent English and provided us with good info every time we had a question about PV. The breakfast and dining staff were great. The roof top pool was very nice and had a superb view. Because it is a relatively small hotel the pool is not mobbed. Nice short midday happy hour at the pool bar too! Prices were decent on drinks and snacks. The room was very large and the cleaning staff did a superb job. Wi-fi and TV were good as well. We liked the location as it was close to numerous small restaurants and a short walk to the Malecon.

At $400 a night after taxes it seemed a bit expensive, not going to complain much though since we had a very enjoyable visit. Don't order the shuttle service from the airport online --- going to one of the taxi stands at the airport exit saves you quite a bit $20 vs-$50.

Breakfast was great, location was great. Excellent restaurants nearby, grocery, convenience stores and pharmacies easily accessible. Beach directly across the one-lane street. The hotel will give you chairs and a beach umbrella to use. They also have beach bags in each room that you can use. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We will stay there again. Misael, Bianca, Dalet, Hector and Francisco were great. I cannot remember the names of the 2 men who work at the rooftop bar, but they are also fantastic! There was nobody who was unhelpful or unfriendly...I just can't remember everyone's names!

There's nothing I didn't like.

The pool, the location and the overall spaces are really good.

The noise in the room, the door is very thin. You can hear everything.

We should have reserved an ocean view room. The mountain/city view was very limited.
