Falta personal que apoye a subir maletas a habitaciones del 1er nivel, no hay elevador. Los colores de la habitación deprimen desde mi punto de vista.

AUNQUE TENIA LA RESERVACION HECHA DEL HOTEL, LLEGAMOS Y RESULTA QUE NOS CANCELARON LA RESERVACION AUNQUE SEGUIA APARECIENDO EN LA APLICACION QUE SI LA TENIAMOS, VENDIERON NUESTRA HABITACION A UNA PERSONA QUE LLEGO ANTES QUE NOSOTROS Y QUE NO TENIA RESERVACIÓN.... PESIMO!!!!

Muy mala experiencia, el trato fue muy malo por parte del personal, dice que hay desayuno incluido y solamente habi 1 cereal. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto, el precio es demasiado elevado para lo que ofrecen. Jamas nos volveremos a hospedar ahi.
