Service at reception, e.g. changing of room when a (ventilator duct) noise issue emerged, apologizing when breakfast service did not materialize in a timely manner.

When checking guest's minibars during frequent check-outs during the night, staff should rather not walk around in heels, noisy click-clacks on tiled hallway floors do not help with sleeping.

Hotel molto bello, camere ampie e con tutti i servizi, personale molto cortese e disponibile. Abbiamo lasciato una valigia per oltre 10 giorni che ci hanno tenuto mentre noi facevamo trekking. Partiti alle 5 di mattina per aeroporto ci hanno fatto trovare la colazione pronta. Proprio bravi

Non c'è l'ascensore, lo diciamo solo x eventuali problemi e per bagagli pesanti. Ma l'hotel ha solo 2 piani.

The hotel restaurant & the location

No lift & no one to help you carry on your luggage to your room specially our room was on the 3rd floor & we have to carry our heavy luggage using the stairs
