Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Man kommt problemlos zu Fuß in sehr interessante Teile der Stadt. Auch gute/günstige Gastronomie ist im Haus und der nahen Umgebung problemlos erreichbar. Das Frühstück passt. Man genießt Indische Küche in freundlichem Ambiente und Blick auf die Straße. Sehr angenehm geht es auch abends im Gastraum zu. Hier befindet sich eine sehr freundliche Atmosphäre mit vielen Einheimischen .
