Several things were not functioning

Wir waren mit dem Service sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel war ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und wir konnten zusätzlich Pancakes ordern. Das personal war immer sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür.

The overall stay was excellent, the room was very clean. Loved the food, morning breakfast is my favourite, love that they've got vegan options! Chirp has to be one of my favourite restaurants in Pune<3

The bathroom has an elevation which made it difficult for my grandparents to enter. That was the only issue :( Rest of the stay was great, we keep choosing this place every time.

Restaurant is pure veg. No eggs also. Spread was minimal. Preparation was excellent. Room service excellent. Bathrooms were good. Good fittings and great showers. We had to take an early morning flight. There was no hot water at 4.30am. That I can understand.

Better spread for breakfast.
