"Great location, great staff, facilities let it down."

Location next to Nara station, and the rooms were fully equipped and clean.

Unable to use onsen, as it wasn’t clear when booking this was nude, as we had tattoos we were unable to cover these with clothing we had bought to do so. Noise from other guests disturbed sleep before 6am. Breakfast was limited and not of the best quality.
