"Fantastic value, brilliant hot spring"

Location was fantastic, less than two minutes walk from the train station. The cleanliness is crazy, not a speck of dust anywhere, and the onsen was immaculately clean and well stocked with amenities. Incredibly quiet, very friendly and helpful staff (with great English for when I ran out of Japanese), super close to a major bus terminal.

We got the cheapest room, with two twin beds. There is no space to put a suitcase which is a shame, and the TV is in a peculiar spot. It's summer now, so we would have liked to have stronger air conditioning. Our windows have film to obscure the view, which isn't a major let down as there isn't much scenery here.

温泉が素敵でした。また脱衣所も広く快適でした。 無料でいただけるアイスがあり、子供も大満足でした。 フロントの方達や朝食時のスタッフの方達、みなさん素敵な接客をされ快適に過ごせました。

テレビのリモコンの電池が切れそうなのか分かりませでしたが、反応があまり良くなかったです。

Friendly staff. Hot springs in the hotel. Great location near supermarkets and the bus to the airport.

The room is a bit small. Can't even open the suitcase properly.
