Great staff. Lovely cosy bed. Good sized rooms. Well proved

Spot on near the start of all walks free car park for residents. Excellent food

Could do with a hand behind the bar

Live music which we didn’t know about - very noisy until quite late - outside seating area right outside of window could hear every conversation

Large comfortable room. Good location. Easy check in/out

Typical english pub. Lady was nice and showed us the room. Room was clean.

Because twe had a room directly above the main pub entrance, there was a noise from the people drinking beer outside (but it was not so bad) we were tired so fell asleep anyway :) Backyard, which we entered due to the usage entrance for Off hours, was really full of rubbish :(

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and we would definitely go back.

A little walk into Keswick, only 10 minutes on a fairly busy road, but this was not a problem for us.
