Friendly staff. Allowed us in room early. Always available if needed. Great place

Surprisingly calm for sleeping above a bar. Everything quiets down after 11pm. Ok selection of food and beer. Good value for the money, easy walk from Keswick center.

Room was perfect for us. Bed super comfy. Was worried about potential noise but it was quiet all night.

Clean & comfortable. Good base for what we needed.

Would have preferred if hotel offered breakfast. Humming of refridgerafor outside bedroom window was noisy as had windows open due to weather.

Great location, short walk to main township (very nice walk). Staff were lovely. Rooms clean and comfortable. Good atmosphere at the pub. Good pub meals.

Bathroom - floor needed a good mopping with bleach. Shower - black mold needed bleaching Could hear the generator all night, very noisy

The beds were really comfortable, it was great to have 2 singles and a double in the family room so kids could have a bed each. Good value meals in the pub downstairs.

The bathroom was very old and tired, in dire need of modernising, none of us wanted to use the bath or shower.
