La ubicación y Dalila la conserje , muy atenta y simpática

El hotel está un poco venido a menos, le falta modernizar. Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación, en la que estábamos habia un ruido espantoso en las cañerías, que no podías dormir. El día que teníamos una excursión, y teníamos que salir bien temprano, pedí que me llamen y la conserje de la noche no nos llamó, ni por teléfono ni golpeando la puerta de la habitación. Por pico perdemos la excursión y no pidió ni disculpas.
