The Axis Moline Hotel, Tapestry Collection By Hilton

Great vibe, mix of historic details and modern comfort. Bathroom was huge!

We only used the room for one evening. The room was warm, spacious with a comfortable bed, large bathroom and bathrobes. We did not use the restaurant or any facilities. We brought our breakfast from our previous location along with leftovers. We used the Keurig coffee machine for coffee and tea. Upon checkout, hotel personnel were helpful in advising us of a nearby walking path to stroll along the Mississippi River.

Avoid! I've stayed here twice on extended stays, and each time there was a problem with billing. Now I am 2 months in disputing (another) phantom charge that the Axis hotel and Hilton Customer Service cannot find. Definitely not worth the hassle when there are other fine hotels in the area.

Hotel overall was fine. Just frustrated that a handicap room was reserved and not what we were given. Was told at check-in room would have a roll-in shower and it didn’t.

When Expedia messed up my booking, the front desk staff was absolutely excellent with helping us. We were 4 hours from home and didn’t have a room booked because Expedia failed to modify our booking after sending me a confirmation. I would like to thank the front desk staff for being so helpful and kind.

I thoroughly enjoyed my night here.. will be back

This hotel is a beautiful remodeled but still historical building in downtown Moline. Used to be professional/medical offices in downtown. The hotel has kept most of the original architecture including the marble floors and beautiful wooden doors. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff are helpful and courteous. It was a great pleasure to stay there and I will hope to go there again soon.

The hotel itself was beautifully renovated and the food was great but the real standout here was the hotel and restaurant staff—they made our stay outstanding and should be recognized for their terrific service and simple human kindness—characteristic of the Midwest.
