Lake song Resort has it all as a perfect serene package from the beautiful backwaters of Kerala touching its lawns to the inbuilt canals to the Ayurveda Centre with amazing Therapy massages and more. The Staff were very very courteous & helpful and go that extra mile for any thing you request them to make your stay memorable. Duty Manager Bipin went that extra mile to see that all was comfortable and the Check in and Check out was very warm and Cordial. The Room Service & Housekeeping stepped in with a smile whenever required The Buffet Breakfast was an excellent spread and the Lunch & Dinner was worth dying for . Enjoyed the rowing activity in the canals and the complimentary boat ride which was one of the highlights . Highly recommended for all........

It was all good

One of the most suitable place to go on vacation. For Family trips its nice to have such facility. Totally its good to visit.

Seemed short on staff. Room upkeep needs attention and TV usage was not easy

Extremely disappointed with the behavior of the manager. He was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and displayed a shocking lack of basic courtesy. His attitude was condescending, repeatedly belittling me because of my Indian heritage. He openly questioned our financial capability, making insulting comments like "Are you sure you can afford this?" solely based on our appearance. Constantly emphasizing "international guest wedding" in an attempt to imply superiority or exclusivity, he showed no respect or professionalism. This discriminatory and humiliating treatment is completely unacceptable.

This is a beautiful, comfortable resort. Our room had a beautiful stoop overlooking a small canal. It was a beautiful place to rest, relax and enjoy. I also enjoyed the pool and complementary breakfast.

Great resort...peaceful surrounding... clean and hygenic food...timely room service and to top it off great staff and managers. Polite and helpful. It was an amazing 2 days stay with the team
