Lakesong Kumarakom

We had a very nice stay here. The room was clean and very comfortable, we found the staff nice and friendly and enjoyed the restaurant. We did not have the opportunity to use all the hotels facilities due to weather however the staff did try to accomodate us where they could.

Great property , ambience and massage but pathetic service- Room with Fan making odd noise, gate not locking properly, bathroom jet not working properly. Stayed in room 343- you guys need to work in this room. Similarly keep some staff in restaurant- buffet dinner was a complete mess, I asked to refill things 2-3 times. It should not be so.. Money wasted staying here..

Great location, spacious, green, well maintained property. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

The location, beautiful grounds, lovely pool, friendly staff and very clean, good-sized rooms.

Food was good value and quality, but the range was a little limited.

Wonderful location beside Lake Vembanad which made the resort feel very special. The resort has a really good restaurant,swimming pool and sort of a gym?. They have daily evening cruises on the lake which we experienced and enjoyed (no charge). Also free of charge bikes and a small boat which can only be used in the grounds of the resort. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A short stay is good if you just want rest and relaxation

Lakesong Resort is a very large sprawling resort located on the edge of a very large lake and amidst lovely tropical gardens. Rooms are very well appointed and spotless with chairs and settee and are very comfortable. The all-day restaurant offers an excellent array of options (Indian and European), including a buffet breakfast. Service from staff met all our needs.
