Quiet location, large room, very friendly staff members who went out of their way to be helpful.

I honestly can’t think of anything. The one problem seemed to be a mix- up on our booking. I had all the paperwork from booking.com, but the hotel couldn’t find the reservation in their system. The lady at booking.com worked for a long time to get that corrected.

I had to pay to park. had The restaurant was too expensive. No free breakfast. No microwave in rooms

Excellent location, comfortable room and public spaces. Easy public parking. Polite staff.

The hotel got very busy in the public areas. Service suffered a little because of that.

Parking is at a City garage just down the street, it’s easy enough o locate and get to, but has some issues. A drainpipe leaked all over my windshield and left a residue that took special cleaning to remove.

The hotel is pretty and clean with a nice lobby where people gather, the staff is great, they have coffee in the morning out, the restaurant is good and there are many good walkable restaurants. We stay often when visiting Cornell.

The hotel is in downtown Ithaca so you have to park in a garage two blocks away. They have a place to unload or load your car to help but it is something to consider. The deck is free on weekends. If visiting on a Saturday night try to make reservations in Ithaca beforehand. It gets crowded!
