The room and amenities in the hotel were superb. Especially, the spacious room, with its great facilities, made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We wished we had stayed in Ithaca for a few more nights. The central location was also very convenient.

Given its location, this is understandable, but car parking in a separate parking garage (albeit, just across the street) was annoying. Especially, since we have to pay for the parking... As far as I noticed, the other Hilton hotel in the neighborhood provided free parking in the same garage. Canopy can, at least, provide that as well.

חדרים למשפחה קטנים , צוות לא עוזר בכלום , היו חסרות מגבות בחדר לקח להם שעתיים להביא , לוקחים פיקדון של 100 דולאר אצלינו מימשו הפקדון ולקחו עוד 50 דולאר סתם כך , אין סדר בעניין החיובים שימו לב . הכל לא היה נוח , לא אהבתי בכלל , סתם יקר
