Beautiful room, lovely food. Great location

Lovely room with ensuite and seating area. Friendly check in, lovely evening meal.

The bedrooms were nice, its a lovely village v. Quiet in the evenings.

We were told after we arrived that Sunday lunch was not available and the menu choices were much more limited than on the website. Breakfast was not provided and generally the standard of food was poor.

Very picky, but the pillows were a bit big and firm for me.

Staff unhelpfull,unfriendly, no explanation about how to enter the premises if pub was closed.It turned out there was a key lock with code.waited outside until someone wanted to enter. Wall to adjoining room must have been made of paper at one time (6.30a.m)I thought our neighbours had joined us!!!

Friendliness of staff. They were exceptionally kind and helpful. The beds were comfy. There was plenty of storage. It was a very big room with a seating area.

My room was a bit dusty. The tray that the kettle was on was grimy, and the wooden tray that the tea was on wasn't very clean. It was a big room, and I just felt it needed a bit of love when cleaning, especially the cobwebs
