ReadySet Apartments on Rose Lane

Great location, close to southern cross station and close to shopping place, groceries, and tram station. Easy picking up the keys, and the property manager was responsive and helpful. The unit is located in the CBD area.

No parking space, the pool and sauna (where we were informed that is available) were under maintenance (which we should have been informed in advance). The washing machine was broken and was not able to work until the last day we stayed. The property manager should have informed us well in advance prior checking in. Also, the pantry facilities could have been better with more kitchen utensils.

Location

Facilities in kitchen were minimum! No tea,coffee,milk etc. Door handles coming off and bathroom towel rail very unsteady. Drains blocked in Shower Recesses. Flooded floors in Bathrooms.

New, spacious and good location

After confirming a number of times regarding early checkin and prepaid parking, there was no clear communication for checkin information. We were left standard for 2 hours trying to get in contact with the reception, no answer there and no answer with the second emergency number. No direction was given, and even though the key desk was able to give info he didn’t do so from the start so only after going back due to being desperate to get answers did he decide to find a way to help. It should not take 1 hour and a half to get any direction with no message given for checkin details!! Especially when early checkin of $200 was paid for early access.

The apartment is located in the city. Very close to everything.

Everything people review is real. The place was very dirty, and we paid for cleaning. A lot of things were damaged, for example, one sofa was stained and the other was torn. We had to clean the kitchen counter to use it because it was sticking with so much dirt. We tried to speak to support on various channels, and we were answered for many hours after each message, then they offered us a "late check-out" which did not solve the problem at all, it only gave us 3 more hours. And the bathroom stall leaks water all over the floor.

The pick up process was complicated and delayed. When we arrived, they were still cleaning and there were no pillow cases. Someone went to buy them and then dropped them off later. The pictures did not match the apartment - the third bedroom had no windows and there were no extra pull outs.

The location was fantastic, the shower was to die for!
