For our first trip, it was fantastic, and we will stay again! Having our own parking was great, made it easy to have car for longer trips but still get around Melbourne via public transport or walking. Loved the apartments checking in asking do you need anything or need assistance. My biggest win was finding cafe court! Great coffee, fantastic menu and they adapted to our son’s special needs. Went there twice.

"Not worth for your money, found somewhere else. It is the worse ever apartment I've stayed."

- dirty room, we found unclean utensil in the dishwasher, dust and breadcrumb spread all around the room and furniture - bed is totally kill you neck and back - shower is always flooding, no water barrier on the shower - operator is not prompt to reply when you have some issue with the room

"It was a great location, but not so good facilities"

Great location, close to southern cross station and close to shopping place, groceries, and tram station. Easy picking up the keys, and the property manager was responsive and helpful. The unit is located in the CBD area.

No parking space, the pool and sauna (where we were informed that is available) were under maintenance (which we should have been informed in advance). The washing machine was broken and was not able to work until the last day we stayed. The property manager should have informed us well in advance prior checking in. Also, the pantry facilities could have been better with more kitchen utensils.
