I like everything about it

The property was spacious, however the layout was unusual with the main bathroom being right next to the main bedroom with ensuite.

The shower in both bathrooms leaked and therefore the floor pooled with water. I almost slipped coming out of the shower as the bath towel was unable to soak up the water. There was also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. I found the dryer didn’t dry the wet towels that I needed to wash because of the wet floor. A tv in main bedroom would’ve been nice.

Access to public transport n casual dining

Poor maintenance, excess personal information required about each occupant, no personal contact except for concierge. Overall disappointed.

good location

The room wasn’t clean including the bed. There were three bedroom and two bathrooms were provided but I saw only one trash in the kitchen area and It seemed like the decoration on the hallway wasn’t done properly.

The location was easily the best thing about this property

The check in was over an hour late and the staff refused to provide any compensation for this. We didn't get our keys until after 4pm. Basic amenities were not provided, no dish cloths no plug. Only 1x towel per person, no extra. No spare blankets. The bare minimum was provided and when we reached out staff did not assist or even get back to us.

The biggest issues I had was the pre check in process , provide photo ID of the other guests then have almost the same again locked on the credit card as the money that was prepaid. I booked though Booking. Com and did not expect the hassle and angst. All the information was in the terms & conditions but I think Booking.Com should be more upfront about the process involved with apartments and properties without a concierge. The location was good, the property was good even though the water to the whole building was cut off a couple of hours before we were due to leave.

Location and convenience to public transport was excellent.

The tv was very difficult to navigate, only able to watch 2 free to air channels ans there were no instructions. The dining room table was very wobbly, unable to use it. Hand rails in the bathrooms were also very insecure. Tap at kitchen sink was very dodgy. Crockery in kitchen cupboards was hard to access due to their height, no stepladder. The 2nd FOB didn't work. There was only 1 lift working for the first 4 days we were there, it took 30 minutes one morning to get a lift, not good enough. We had to buy paper towels to mop up water on the bench tops, the sponges supplied were not absorbent.
