ReadySet Apartments on Rose Lane

Location was brilliant. Beds were super comfortable.

Kitchen was filthy on arrival. Dirty broken dishwasher full of dishes. Dishes in the cupboard were dirty. Whole unit is a little dated and dirty.

Receptionist were very efficient and so friendly even when they were incredibly busy. Lovely ladies and so helpful.

The remote for the carpark did not work so it caused a bit of inconvenience initially. The receptionist solved the problem promptly but the remote should be tested and not faulty in the first place.

Location was good

Rooms were noisy, bathroom door didn’t close, no carpet in Hallways, lift was broken, was a unnecessarily difficult process to confirm the booking and get the keys, no free to air on TV

Dirty place ever seen bad management

Urine stains on lounges, no locks or laches onto bathroom doors, whole place smelled urine, extra towels or toilets is a NO NO… bad management… had to wait for 2 hours on the street to check in as their DRUNK housekeeper was slow in cleaning

Close to the place I want to go

Very well/clean kept. Plenty of communication with the staff. Easy pick up and handover of the keys. Had a great time.

Security. Spacious appartment. Great amenities. Excellent Wifi. Excellent location this is a fantastic appartment for larger families (5-6 people) looking for somewhere nice to stay. Will definitely be booking again.

Luck of courtesy, we were 8 minutes early to picking up the keys and the concierge told us that the cleaner hasn’t drop the keys yet and we have to waited but it’s turn up he was lying that he already have the keys and he doesn’t want to give it to us before 3pm for the check in time. It was shit performance from the concierge we wasn’t impressed. They forget that we have to walked 5 minutes to picking up the keys.
