"Excellent"

Very cozy hostel in middle of the historic old town. The staff is very friendly and helpful with 24/7 availability. There are great common areas including a rooftop terrace and a garden and it is quite easy to meet people.

The private rooms were very small with hard beds and quite a lot of noise.

Instalaciones y limpieza

El personal no tiene una adecuada preparación. A un problema que el mismo personal creo, la solución fue un atropello a mis derechos como huésped. Sin ninguna solución real para mí. Tuve que irme varias horas antes y no pude dormir las horas necesarias. Solo atropello arbitrario. Sin disculpas ni siquiera. La ducha que usé no tiene más condiciones de seguridad porque la cerámica para pared que es lisa también esta instalada en el piso y me hice una herida en el pie al resbalar.
