"Good facilities but you can tell the building is a bit tired. Location is a mixed bag."

Provided appliances worked well and were simple to use. Room was clean. The dryer system in washroom worked super well especially since you could crack the window open. In-room washer was a huge boon. Pretty quiet.

Funky smell in lobby which I had a hard time getting over. Lots of humidity in room, unsure why. Chairs in dining room were kind of suboptimal. Neighborhood wasn't as convenient as I'd hoped - train station was some walk away, and despite the nearby Aeon mall there weren't that many good local dining options.
