Villa Novanta

De eigenaars zijn super lieve mensen die er alles aan doen om je vakantie onvergetelijk te maken. Ze komen je tegemoet gereden om samen de eerste keer door het zeer smalle straatje te rijden, ze sturen tips door over restaurants, parkings, fietsverhuur, mooie wandelingen,... En ze bieden ook heerlijke lokale gerechten aan als je dat wil. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt: ruime slaapkamers met comfortabele bedden en terras met adembenemend uitzicht, 3,5 badkamers, volledig uitgeruste keuken, mooie tuin met zwembad en ligzetels,...

Svår framkomlighet på grund av riktigt smala vägar. Du måste definitivt ha en liten liten bil för att kunna ta dig upp och ner till staden.

They villa has everything you need including an amazing chef and bartender! Very clean had so much space, amazing views, pool, great cooking lesson, pizzas, and master apiritivos :). We loved the villa, felt right at home with Gennaro and Raffaella!

Beds were a bit hard they could use a mattress topper. The streets leading to the villa and getting to Sorrento was a little scary at first then just need to get the hang of it!

We loved everything about Villa Novanta - its size, the beautiful outdoors, Gennaro's wonderful attitude and willingness to accommodate all requests, with a smile. The Villa's location was a great gateway to our Sortento-Capri-Positano-Amalfi vacation.

The only point which initially seemed a real problem was the difficult access (with our full-size car) from the main road to the villa itself given the very narrow dirt path and challenging turns. This problem however got fully resolved when Gennaro offered to shuttle us to and from the Villa every day. It would be wise to discuss this point with Gennaro in advance of arriving to the Villa.

Fantastic venue and views, as a group of 8, the villa was so spacious and comfortable, and amenities were great.

The warm welcome from Gennaro and his wife and their helpfulness and kindness. The views and the sunsets are beautiful.

Magical private unique place!

Just a little far from towns but that is why it is magical and quiet.

One of the best villa we had stayed during our vacations. Great view and clean well equipped house. Pool and lawns was also great. It was still cold when we stayed in early april, so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoors and balconies. We purchased dinner one night. Great dinner and the chilled Tiramisu was once the best we have had!

Roads are narrow in Sorrento. We drive and I’m used to that. But this property has a very narrow road and it was taunting to get there. Owner met us outside and road with us the first time. That was great. For a price they also gave a dinner one night.

We have just returned home from a fabulous weeks stay at Villa Novanta. From the very first message to the very last transfer Gennaro & Raffaella have been amazing. They have gone above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one for all the right reasons. The villa itself is in a private, secluded location with the most stunning views of Capri, Vesuvius and the bay of Naples. Gennaro arranged all our trips, took us to the supermarket, to Sorrento, to nearby Relais Blu for my sons wedding and brought us back!! He is a fabulous chef who made us pizza’s on the day we arrived (the best we have ever had!!) & on another night we had appetisers and Raffaella made us cocktails of our choice. They are so welcoming and clearly passionate about their guests having the best time with them. A truly beautiful couple inside and out & we can’t wait to return!!
