The room is very big. The staff is very friendly. There is a calm environment.

The room was big, the AC was working very well and there was a refrigerator in the room also. The wifi connectivity can be better though. The owner is very good and extremely cooperative. He had arranged a taxi for the airport pickup for a reasonable price. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Good clean room. Good breakfast. Nice people. Nice area away from Main Street.

Good location away from the noise of the town and train. Walking distance to get to the high st for supper etc. Nice staff.

It’s fine for a night but we wouldn’t have stayed longer. The room had a strange smell. Carpet on the floor was dirty. Shower leaked all over the bathroom. Balcony doors didn’t open. Not great value all things considered but maybe that’s because it’s Hikkaduwa which I thought was overrated.

Breakfast was just as expected. Fruit smoothie, toast, coffee and scrambled/fried or omelette. Perfectly acceptable. Staff REALLY friendly and helpful Room of good size with fridge; excellent shower.

Initially the lock to our sliding door on ground floor room wouldn't work but it was fixed within 24 hrs. The bedding was changed regularly but there was some staining. Had to ask for a safe. Cash only - which to be fair is detailed at the bottom of the Booking.com listing but I missed it, and should be available in this day and age
