A localização é tranquila e também com vários comércios próximos dentre farmácia, academia, bares e restaurantes. O espaço dos quartos também são amplos, fiquei em um de cama queen que tinha sofá, mesa para se alimentar e frigobar. Já no último dia estadia, fiquei em um com duas camas de solteiros, nesse o espaço era menor, tinha apenas o frigobar, não tinha secador de cabelos, mas também havia varanda. Fim de tarde o local também possui uma cobertura com piscina e por do sol incrível.

O café da manhã estava no primeiro dia bom, a partir dos demais dias de viagem tinha pouca variedade e no penúltimo dia de estadia encontrei enroladinhos mofados para serem servidos. A Academia é pequena, só tem duas esteiras, alguns halteres, pesos de caneleira, um aparelho multifuncional e um banco. O local não possui estacionamento, o estacionamento que tem é locado no valor de R$ 40,00 reais.
