A localização é a vista são muito boas. O quarto é amplo e com varanda.

O café da manhã é o mínimo necessário. A piscina, apesar de abrir as 10 horas, estava muito suja. A pressão da água do chuveiro é péssima. Não disponibilizaram toalhas de rosto e, apesar de eu ter pedido à recepção, não fui atendido. Tendo que pedir novamente, direto à camareira. O estacionamento, apesar de haver espaço, é terceirizado e muito caro, o que onera ainda mais as diárias.

As instalações do hotel são excelentes. Inclusive, tivemos um upgrade porque precisaram do nosso quarto pra recepção uma empresa. Ficamos em um quarto maravilhoso, com varanda e uma vista linda.O hotel é muito bem localizado. Pode ir a pra do forte, aos arcos da passagem tirar fotos, e desfrutar de um excelente Polo gastronômico.

O único ponto negativo é que pela estrutura que o hote oferece, o café da manhã deve ser melhorado! Como o hotel recebe vários empresas, apenas um único dia, vimos uma atenção maior na reposição das coisas, com um pouco mais de variedades. Mas, ainda precisa melhorar!

Limpeza dos quartos, deixou a desejar. Principalmente do banheiro. Estacionamento muito caro. Sauna em manutenção, sem comunicado. Piscina sem bomba batendo e com água turva.
