After an initial room assignment, there were elements of the room that were not working properly… However, quickly, they reassigned me to another room and everything was working great! I had several requests, especially for Ice somewhat frequently and they accommodated all of it without haste.

Staff barely speaks English, which in my view is unacceptable in any hotel around the world. Room was ok for the price but very simple (not even a glass/cup in the room to drink from). They gave us takeaway breakfast as we had to leave early - that was a nice gesture. Great location within Copan.

We arrived after a long drive from Antigua. The front desk person was very helpful and professional. He allowed us to access our room before the official check in time. It was appreciated. The room was large with a lounge area. The bed was firm and extremely comfortable. We had a very restful sleep. The water pressure is a little low however it did not cause any problem for us.

Nothing. We were very happy with the room and staff.
