카펫청소 상태가 아주 불량입니다.고객들의 눈에 잘보이지 않는 부분일수록 더욱 깨끗하게 해야된다고 생각합니다. 그리고 인터넷 예약시 바다전망이 완전치 않음에 대한 설명도 없었고 프론터 서비스도 좋지않았습니다.고객들에게 좀더 친절했으면 좋겠습니다.

초등2명+성인1명 가볍게 다녀왔음. 침구 및 청소상태가 매우 깨끗하고, 욕실도 청결했음. 조금 더 비싸도 깨끗한 곳에서만 숙박하는편인데, 이정도 청소상태면 다녀본곳중에서도 다섯손가락 안에 들 정도. 직원분들 아주 친절하심. 더블침대1+싱글침대 1 구성이라 편함. 정면으로 보이는 바깥 바다뷰가 예술임. 다만 그래서 창밖에 바다 파도소리가 웅웅 하듯이 낮게 들림. 주차장에서 엘리베이터 찾는 길이 약간 애매함. 건물 구조상 어쩔수 없는듯. 엘리베이터 내 층수표시가 1/B1이 한층으로 표시되어있는데, 엘베 내의 한쪽 버튼에는 두개중에 하나만 표시되어 있어서 순간 왜 이 층이 없지? 하고 헷갈림. 레지던스 전용 엘리베이터가 따로 있으니 투숙 타입에 따라 잘 타야할듯. 안내문을 잘 붙여놓아서 찾기 어렵지는 않음. 2층 카페는 조용해서 좋음. 미술 작품도 전시되어있었음. 건물 안 1층에 편의점과 음식점이 여러개 있어서 이용하기 편리함. 주변에도 카페나 맛집들 많음. 일-월 투숙이라 그런지는 모르겠으나, 조식은 뷔페를 운영하지 않고 도시락 형태로 제공된다함. 혼자왔으면 이용했을듯. 들어보니 구성이 괜찮았는데, 바로옆에 유명한 브런치 카페가 있어서 아이들때문에 그냥 거기 가기로 함. 바닷가에 나갈거면 조식을 도시락으로 받아서 체크아웃 후 나가서 먹어도 될듯. 원터치 텐트와 닌텐도 대여가 가능하던데, 다음에 따뜻할때 오면 꼭 이용해보고싶음. 체크아웃 후에 중요한 물건을 놔두고온게 생각나서 연락드렸더니, 정말 열심히 찾아주심. 쓰레기처럼 오해하기 딱 좋게 생긴거라, 아마 버렸다가 뒤져서 다시 찾아주신듯.. 너무 감사함. 재방문의사 100프로있음. 다음에도 울산 강동쪽에 온다면 여기만한 곳은 없을듯.

만족했습니다. 다음에 방문하면 스파 시설도 이용해보고 싶네요! 웨딩홀이 함께 있어 주말 3시 체크인 시간에 막 방문했을 때, 로비에 결혼식 손님들로 붐빌 수 있습니다.

2021 여행 때 만족도가 높아 2022 다시 방문했는데 약간의 실망. 호텔 룸, 전면 유리창 청결도가 만족스럽지 못했고 조식부페도 가격은 인상되었으나 내용은 오히려 하락
