Excellent customer service, good breakfast and the view of the hotel are good. Staffs are friendly and speaks well. The facilities in the hotel are well enough. We stayed two nights and it was great.

The construction near the hotel and the window glasses need to clean. The views are good, but due to dusts, views are dull and not attractive.

"Great all around hotel"

Mercure Ambassador Ulsan is at the eastern end of the city on Gangdong Beach. The area seems like it was just recently developed so there isn’t a whole lot in the area but that also kept the area very quiet. The rooms were comfortable and clean and most rooms have at least a partial view of the ocean which was fantastic. The service was top notch despite a few inconveniences like no microwave and slow elevators which didn’t downgrade our experience at the hotel at all. Although it was too cold to go in the water, we still loved the quick access to the beach.

"음... 애매합니다.."

예약한 방은 없다고 더 좋은 방이라며 바꿔주었으나 원래는 더블+싱글 있는 패밀리 침대방인데, 더블침대만 있고 엑스트라 배드를 추가로 넣어줬으나 엑스트라 배드가 편할리 없음. 아이 침대가드 그런거 없고 아파트 단지 내에 입점한 특니한 호텔임. 방 벽지가 지진이 났었나 다 갈라져있고 샤워 가운 거지옷처럼 구멍나 있고 ㅎ 황당그자체. 벽지 찢어진 방을 내준다는게 좀 이상한거 같아요. 그 와중에 이게 더 좋은 방이라며 인심베품 시전..커피머신 뒤에 먼지 수북. 울산에 오게 되면 당연히 다른 곳으로 가겠습니다.

바다가 바로 코 앞에 있어요 1층 내려가서 횡단보도만 건너면 바로 바다.. 그래서 엄청 좋았어요.. 그런데 한밤중에는 파도소리가 꽤 크게 들립니다. 바다앞에 야영하는 사람들도 있어서 폭죽소리도 들리고.. 여름에는 좀 소음이 있겠네요.. 소리에 예민하신 분들은 참고 하세요 욕실도 넓어서 좋았어요 다만 엘리베이터가 2대밖에 없어서 한참 기다려야할때가 있어요 속도도 느려서 체크아웃시간(붐빌때는) 이용하기 불편하더라구요 그래도 저는 하룻밤 묵는 거라 편안하게 보내고 왔어요 근처에 스타벅스도 있고 아래층엔 던킨이라던지 편의점시설도 있어서 잘 이용하고 왔습니다.
