Great value, safe and clean accommodations with a very friendly welcoming and very attentive staff

Wonderful Stay at this residence inn, in Kapolei,Hi This is a beautiful hotel to stay at if you're visiting Hawai‘i Nei, especially in the Kapolei area. The front desk staff is friendly and courteous, making you feel welcome right away. The facilities are excellent — there's a nice swimming pool, well-equipped gym, and a convenient laundry room. If you’d rather not cook in your room, there’s also a grill area with two Weber grills available. By grills they have a patio area where you can relax with family and play games or just have a nice night cap. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I return home to Hawai‘i Nei. Great location and room was comfortable.

Terrible staff and service. Had to have the conversation about my reservation 5 different times with the fifth being with the manager, Rudy. Speaking to him brought to life that staff will be as good as the person who leads them. He lacked the skill and finesse to manage an upset customer. Kept making excuses for himself and his staff. The property is nice (albeit heavily overpriced) but would warn everyone to stay far away - service is what matters and this place is the pits. I’m a gold elite bonvoy member (for ages) and this is the worst service experiences I have encountered in a decade

Lots to do breakfast was excellent. Rooms were nice.

Rudy greeted me at the front desk and got me checked in. He was kind and friendly. He provided some good dining options including the locally owned food trucks right outside the hotel.

Very nice, modern and clean hotel. Very friendly personell.
