Dungarvon Street Apartments

Great location, warm and modern house. Appreciated the garage access and sunny area for outdoor living.

We stayed in 2a and it was loud with the people above us. Also a pipe clearly runs down the back of the wall where our heads in bed, so occasionally we would hear a tap turn on and water run down the pipe which was disturbing, thankfully it must only be a vanity (not a shower or something with more water)

It was new and clean, close to everything. Had pretty much everything you need.

Couldn’t find a broom anywhere to sweep the floor. The instructions for the start up of dishwasher and oven were a bit confusing, we got them going after googling. Maybe illustrate the instructions so they are clear. Also there were no rubbish bins at our unit, you have to walk up our driveway and down the next to use those bins.

Location was perfect

Would have loved a front roadside upstairs apartment . 5th visit so knew what we were missing!

Very comfortable and modern apartment; short walk to town and fabulous views.

Would have preferred somewhere to store ski equipment which wasn't allowed inside the apartment. On-street parking but wasn't an issue. Thick layer of dust on top of the dryer that needs cleaned. Personal preference, but don't like beds without bedheads.

Location was great! Size of room was amazing. Kitchen well resourced. Warm.

one lamp was missing. it was annoying to go to the garage to use the laundry as the floor was dirty. Needed to put my boots on just to pop a load of washing on. Gas hobs varied between medium to high (no low option). Some trip hazards with carpets lifting in transition from concrete floors to bedrooms.
