The desk staff was very hospitable. An attempted to fix all the issues we had

NO POOL.as listed on this site. Bed was not comfortable.. linen were all a white/yellow color. Hand soap containers were placed where body wash should be.

Staff was really nice

Trash overflow in hallway trash cans. No bell cart. And Front Desk Clerk said they only had one and had been looking all day for it . Sun shade block blind broken (didn't notice until 9/10 pm. Shower door handle wonky and bathroom door didn't close all the way. We've stayed several years, but property has gone way down. Price was WAY TOO much for stay.
