Convenient location customer service was awesome.

Price point was high for the level of stay

Location close to lake where my fishing tournament was.

The air in the room didn’t work properly, it was kinda warm. There were roaches on the wall by the breakfast buffet! ( I didn’t not mention to the worker) Just discarded my breakfast and left.

Good treadmill in the gym, but I towels and no water...

The hotel was far from the Hilton standard. There were problems which required us to change a room. Aircon could not be switched off, internet was very slow, the TV did not work until we changed room, and the toilet was not working well until I fixed it. I was offered a technician the next morning, AFTER we check out... The front desk personnel were very unprofessional, although they WERE kind.

The breakfast was good and the location was good it was close to my fathers house.

The room was not as clean as It looked, they were several broken items in the room. When I looked it up on booking.com, it states it's a very new hotel. There were young boys sleeping in the lobby, which made it hard to eat breakfast. One woke up and walked up the food counter rubbing his nose, which I found disgusting. I was glad I had eaten. Some one spilled a drink on the pool table and there's a large stain on it. It's sad because this is a Hilton hotel.
