Clean and aesthetically pleasing

The communication between 3rd party apps like booking.com and the hotel I was called twice about making a payment just to be told by the manager I can pay at check in the property itself was excellent.

Love the access, the rooms are always clean, and the staff is exceptional.

Out of the dozen or more times we have stayed here this has to be the most uncomfortable bed in the hotel. A pallet of cinder blocks may have been more comfortable to sleep on.
