Property was very maintained and very clean would stay again

We got a room with 2 queen beds. One bed was not made up. Looked like someone just crawled out of it. Garbage in trash can and dirty towel in the bathroom The staff were VERY nice to try and make it right.

The hotel is subpar for its price point. All the trash cans are overflowing with garbage. The chalking in bathrooms are peeling and moldy. The sink drains extremely slow. The hot water got the shower stop working and we were force to take a cold shower. The towels are very thin and cheap. We ask for more towels and none were clean. The staff is never at the front desk, they are always sitting in a booth on their personal phones while the lobby is a mess. Multiple people walk out of the hotel base on the quality to go to the Hampton Inn across the highway. Do not stay at this hotel unless you want a memorable experience of amazingly bad hotel experience.

The first night the air didn’t get cold, and after that everything was downhill. The phone didn’t work in the room. Certain lights didn’t work and the water for the shower was cold. Didn’t have enough towels, and some of them wasn’t clean. property was a mess a hot mess.

No towels in room when we arrived, no ice bucket. Front desk staff was great and got us towels. No hot water at all!!

Breakfast was not the best food was very limited very low staffed. No juice was available no meats, egg, and only Cheerios which was not appealing to my daughter.

Low breakfast and we came down at 8:30 AM to eat. No towels were in our bathroom when we made it to the hotel. Went down to tell front to let them know they didn’t have any available. Went down didn’t receive towels until 30 minutes before checkout time. No empathy was shown. To top it off the shower still had hair in it from a previous stay I assume.

I appreciate that the property is situated away from other properties and is fairly new The property is not clean. The elevator needs to be cleaned and shined. The hallways need to be vacuumed. The floors in the room were sticky, neither swept nor mopped. We sanitized our room, drove eight hours, and our room was not ready when we arrived. the breakfast was skimpy, not many choices. The towels were rationed had to ask for them the hotel has great potential just need more help.

It was an OK stay. I did have a little trouble checking in. It got resolved and everything was good. Room was clean.
