The room was cleaned daily. In the room we were in, the kitchen counter could use some repair. All the appliances worked except the blender.

This small boutique hotel was a very pleasant stay.Ivan the manager makes sure you have anything you need.He goes out of his way to make your stay enjoyable.The view from your balcony is great and the beds are very comfortable.The kitchen utensils could be upgraded,as I like to cook while on vacation.Dull knives are not good for food prep.The walk along the beach to Bucerias is around 20 minutes ,so keep that in mind if you are more inclined to be in the heart of the action. would definitely recommend for a quiet and peaceful vacation. The property is a cute small hotel. It is a bit isolated, walking to the nearest restaurant is about 10 minutes along the highway. Not for everyone. There is no food facility at the hotel, though rooms have a kitchen set-up, Fridge, range, a few pots, pans, cutlery, dishes. You could really be self-sufficient here. Nice little pool and access to the beach. Don't know about internet, was never offered, and TV has limited channels, no American network channels, just entertainment channels. Beds were very comfortable with nice pillows. Beach towels supplied. You could stay here long term but a car would be a big asset. Good for families.

i like propierty but shower head unit send the half of the water to the wall and other part to shower curtain i think you need change it , second day ac unit does not work at all and was hard in us we know thinks happens but it was making a clicking noise for looong time , was fix next day place is nice clean staff people is nice (a little bit hard to find in the day) nice clean pool house keepers really good and in the end when i check out the house keeper ask me for a few minutes to check the room to make sure i do not forget some stuff o some important and i really like the people go the extra mile for a customer satisfaction overall is a good quiet place to stay and i will choose them again with no problem

The staff was very helpful and the room was larger than expected.

This is a delightful authentically Mexican experience! Ivan, the Manager, speaks perfect English and he is very willing and able to help you with anything you need. He is a wealth of information and skills! Mario, the caretaker and night security, makes sure everything outside is clean, working properly and safe. Both Maria & Carmen, the housekeepers, are very friendly - keeping your room spotless & amenities well stocked, as well as helping you practice your Spanish! I spent the first 2 weeks of March 2022 here and will definitely stay here again.

I had a lovely stay here with fantastic staff. Ivan, Mario, Patrick and the cleaning staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. The rooms are very large and well-equipped and the entire place was kept up beautifully every day. I highly recommend this hotel and it’s staff it’s staff.

Ivan and his team do an excellent job making our stay a great one! Sitting on the balcony with a ear view of the ocean is magical.

It was great! 10 min walk to the Suhka Beach Club, 20 min walk to Bucerias. Excellent views! Wonderful pool, large room, very comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed.

Very quiet and restful place to stay. Walkable beach and friendly staff. Somewhat remote location and need cab to go out. Nice pool area and good lounging area. If resume breakfast service would be really nice.
