Great location - clean and functional

NZ honestly don’t have fly screens or ceiling fans - sandflies and mosquitos are not fun to sleep with on a hot night

The lovely tasteful cottage was very comfortable and clean. All the amenities we wanted were available. The back garden space is a nice area to enjoy outdoors. Great bath, cosy furniture, and comfortable bed.

picking up the keys and dropping them off at a different location - the parking on the busy street there was a bit awkward.

Very clean, nicely decorated, spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Nice deck and garden with a view of the mountains. Bedrooms were at opposite ends of the house, with their own bathrooms, giving lots of privacy. Washer and dryer were much appreciated. Would be great for longer stays. Highly recommended.

Minor niggles: Longish walk (or short drive) to town for restaurants and shops. Extractor fan couldn’t keep up with the tumble dryer so had to open the window.

Everything was amazing. It was comfortable, warm, had heaps of space, had everything we needed and more. The fire place was such a treat and on the super comfy lounges was the best place to relax mid way through our holiday.

That I couldn't extend.

Bit cold

The house was comfortable and spacious. Walking distance to main Wānaka shops and restaurants was very convenient. Wood stove was great for cold winter nights.

The house is challenging to heat efficiently. Minor difficulty with a faulty latch on the washing machine - didn’t want to use machine in case I couldn’t get the clothes back out again!

Loved the location! Walking distance from the town centre. Home away from home and had all the facilities. Kitchen was stocked well. Used the laundry and the drier. Comfortable beds!

The non stick pans had they coating peeled off and in very very poor state, They were not in any condition to be used and needs immediate replacements. They also charge you 2.5% credit card surcharge m, which was not disclosed at the time of booking. For our three night stay that was almost $26!!!

Thr property was well located 10 minute stroll ibto town. It was cosy and great for a short stay. It had good amenities- kitchen, washer/dryer, outside deck and wood fire!

Single beds were small for adults but fine for a sjort stay
